The CDI Advance 5080 addresses the highest quality flexo applications, primarily in the flexible packaging, folding carton and corrugated markets. It images digital flexo plates op to 50” x 80” (1270 mm x 2032 mm). This device is also capable imaging sleeves up to a sleeve length of 83.1” (2110 mm).

Further the device is provided with an incorporated plate loading table, and an optional EasyClamp drum securely hold down flexo plates of any thickness on the vacuum drum.

The CDI Advance 5080 is the worlds’ most advanced digital flexo imaging device. It features the record speed of up 8.0 m²/hr thanks to a high-reliability fiber laser with multibeam optics.

This Optics 80 productivity feature offers fully variable resolution imaging and seamless imaging of sleeves. By imaging a full format 1270 mm x 2032 mm (50” x 80”) plate in 19 minutes (8 sqm/h; 86 sqft/h), the CDI Advance matches the fastest plate processing equipment available in the industry.
