Grapholas and PlatePrep make the CDI a complete and cost reducing solution.

All CDI platesetters are delivered with the outstanding Grapholas^® front-end software package. PlatePrep is the name of its stand alone counterpart. Graphpolas^® and PlatePrep are part of the Esko Digital Flexo Suite.

PlatePrep has multiple CDI support. It allows for last minute changes, imposes files, and is loaded with unique flexo dedicated and cost reducing features, such as plate usage optimization, cut marks and customizable register marks.

Functionality highlights:

• PlatePatcher 2.0 is a powerful tool to both minimize plate consumption and speed up the plate making process in corrugated printing. Read more about PlatePatcher.
• XL-cut option offering cutting and ID plotting support on XL tables. More about XL-cut.
• With the Seamless Check feature the operator can verify that the screen is indeed generated fully seamlessly on sleeves. 
• The Superskip function increases imaging productivity by ‘skipping’ areas on a plate that do not contain any information to be imaged. This is particularly helpful for sleeve imaging.
