BackStage – munkafolyamat automatizáló szerver

Az Esko BackStage munkafolyamati szervere maximalizálja a hatékonyságot, az állandóságot és a reprodukálhatóságot bármilyen munkafolyamatban. Ez a kliens-szerver szoftver jóval több, mint csupán a háttérben futó feladatok elvégzési lehetősége – a munkák gyorsan, csökkentett ráfordítással és hibamentesen készíthetők el.

The CDI Advance 5080 addresses the highest quality flexo applications, primarily in the flexible packaging, folding carton and corrugated markets. It images digital flexo plates op to 50” x 80” (1270 mm x 2032 mm). This device is also capable imaging sleeves up to a sleeve length of 83.1” (2110 mm).

The CDI Compact 4835 images digital flexo plates as well as sleeves. Plate sizes range from 42” x 30” / 1067 mm x 762 mm (or smaller) to 47.2” x 35.4” / 1200 mm x 900 mm (or smaller). The maximum sleeve length – or print width – is 1300mm (51”), and repeats are possible up to 1000 mm (39”).

The CDI Spark 2120 is a small footprint, entry-level priced CDI. It is a dedicated digital flexo solution to smaller narrow web/label trade shops and converters who want to be competitive: digital plates that not only provide better print quality, but also consistent reprinted quality.

The CDI Spark 2530 addresses the tag and label market, folding carton and small volume flexo plate producers in general.

The CDI Spark 2530 images digital flexo plates up to 25” x 30” (635 x 762mm). It comes with an incorporated plate loading table similar to CDI Spark 4835 and a EasyClamp II drum for easier and faster plate loading.

The CDI Spark 4260 addresses the highest quality flexo applications, primarily in the flexible packaging and folding carton markets, with inroads also in corrugated.

This digital flexo imaging device addresses the small and medium volume label and folding carton flexo plate makers and converters.

The CDI Spark 5080 is a full-sized flexo imager able to produce larger format price-effective plates for corrugated converters.
